The Tweed Fire Department is hosting a fire safety presentation on: Thursday April 9th 2026 at Actinolite Hall from 6-9 PM.
Residents are welcome to attend to learn more about fire safety tools to be better prepared for wildfires.

Register To Vote
The Municipality of Tweed will be using Telephone/Internet Voting for the 2026 Municipal Election. Voting Day is Monday, October 26, 2026, however, there will be no polls in the traditional sense on Voting Day.
The Voting Period for the Municipality of Tweed will run from 9:00 a.m. on Monday, October 19, 2026 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, October 26, 2026 and voters will be able to vote either

Garbage and recycling pickup in the village will take place as follows:
Garbage pickup on FRIDAY, April 3rd at regular time.
Recycling pickup on THURSDAY, April 2nd at regular time.
